A common issue in the L&D world is having little to show for all the hard work you’ve put into creating an incredible learning experience. The first wrong step is often taken after conversations like this:
(Head of Another Department): “Our department are having issues with (insert issue here), and we need you to deliver (insert very specific training request here) ASAP” (L&D Department): “OK, we’ll get right on that!”
